How long does Lens4us.com take to dispatch my contact lenses?

The product pages display the typical dispatch times for each product. As Lens4us.com does not partially ship orders the time required to dispatch your order will be based on the product in your order with the longest dispatch time.

Due to stock replenishment cycles, dispatch may very occasionally take longer than stated on the product pages. Please telephone at +357 24660900 Lens4us.com or email on delivery@lens4us.com if you are worried that dispatch of your order is taking longer than normal and we will work hard to ensure delivery as soon as possible.

* For purchases above 50 EURO delivery is free of charge, with payments via credit card or Paypal. Payment on Courier Delivery is not included in the offer.

Orders will be shipped once all products in the order are ready to dispatch. Unfortunately we are unable to split orders.

In instances when the National Post Office method is selected for orders over €200, these orders will automatically be upgraded to Express Courier Delivery(please note that this means someone will have to sign for them on delivery).

Unlike many ecommerce companies, we’re transparent about our shipping costs. We do not conceal the shipping costs that customers incur by including it in the price of our contact lenses, and we do not make money from our customers for shipping.

What if Lens4us.com has dispatched my order and it has not arrived?

National Post Office - The vast majority of Lens4us.com packages sent via Post arrive within 2-4 working days of dispatch. If your order has not arrived after 5 working days, please contact your local Mail Office to see if the order has been returned to the depot as undelivered, as it may well be awaiting your collection.

If your order is not delivered to you or awaiting collection at your local Mail Office after 5 working days we will raise a dispute with the National Post Office about the non-delivered order. Please rest assured that we will replace any non-delivered orders after investigations have been completed.

Payment on Courier Delivery - Please use the tracking code included in your dispatch email to track the progress of your order. Please feel free to contact our customer services department on customerservice@lens4us.com if delivery is taking longer than expected.
